Refund Policy

Subscription Services

All monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Refunds for subscription services:

• First 7 days: Full refund if service has not met reasonable expectations. No questions asked.
• After 7 days: No refund for the current billing period. Service continues until the end of the paid period.
• Cancellation: Service stops at the end of the billing cycle. No further charges.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods (PDFs, templates, software), all digital product sales are final.

Exceptions are made if:

• The product file is corrupted or unopenable
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product was purchased accidentally (duplicate)

Contact us within 48 hours of purchase for digital product issues.

Managed Services & Custom Deployments

Custom deployments, white-label solutions, and one-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If the project has not yet started, a full refund is available.

Payment Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Whish Money, WhatsApp transfer, or USDT). Processing time: 3-7 business days.
